Mobile Veterans' Disability Lawyer

Overview

Mr. Seanor knew that he wanted to become an attorney to serve the underserved. After graduating from Southern Miss, he attended law school at Arizona Summit School of Law in Phoenix, Arizona. During law school, Mr. Seanor was a law clerk at the Law Offices of Leary and Wence, in Scottsdale, Arizona where he practiced Probate and Estate Planning law. In 2014, Mr. Seanor was admitted to practice law in Arizona. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Seanor returned home to the Gulf Coast to serve those in his own community. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Alabama in 2015.

Prior to joining Gardberg and Kemmerly in 2019, Mr. Seanor practiced mainly in the area of personal injury and has gained valuable knowledge both inside and outside of the courtroom. Mr. Seanor’s practice in the areas of probate and personal injury make him particularly well suited to handle Veterans' disability claims.

Mr. Seanor has devoted his entire career to helping injured individuals who deserve compensation for their injuries. Now, he is honored to be able to assist one of the most underserved segments of our population, the injured Veterans of the United States military.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

Comfort Level
- Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?

Credentials
- How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?

Cost
- How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?

City
- Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
