Overview
Frank M. Wilson was born in Union Springs, Alabama in 1953. He graduated with high honors from Birmingham Southern College and received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1978. As a law student he was selected as a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and the Order of Barristers for excellent advocacy. After law school, Frank clerked for one year with United States District Judge Robert E. Varner in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. In 1979 he was a founding member of Beasley & Wilson, a law firm nationally recognized for some of the largest jury awards and settlements in the country. In addition to success before the trial courts, Frank is known for handling difficult cases on appeal. At the age of thirty-two, he obtained a nine to zero decision for his client before The United States Supreme Court. Frank has focused his practice on helping individuals and small businesses in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and business litigation. He has frequently lectured in Alabama and nationwide on numerous subjects including business litigation, trial practice and strategy, recovery for victims of child sexual abuse, insurance fraud litigation and product liability. Frank is licensed to practice before all Alabama courts, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama, the Fifth and Eleventh United States Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In his community, Frank is an active supporter of The Boys Club, United Way of America and is chairman of Montgomery's Jubilee City Fest. Of his many notable achievements, Frank is most proud of the fact that during his career, more than twenty lawyers and judges have come to him when they or their family needed an attorney.About Frank M.
