The office’s maritime practice includes defense of vessel owners and insurers in the areas of employment, personal injury and death, cruise ship casualties, collision, and marine insurance coverage. In the areas of employment law, we handle sexual harassment and discrimination cases, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination.

- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
