Really standup guy and great role model for my little brother. He was able to provide invaluable information about my brother's case, and actually seemed to care about my brother's situation. Some lawyers just wrote my brother off as a "bad kid," but Mr. Millar really seemed to get it and understand that people make mistakes. I'd recommend him 100%.
