Eric Eggburn - Little Rock, AR

Eric Eggburn was born and raised in Sheridan, AR, and graduated from Sheridan High School in 2010. After graduating, he attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and in Criminal Justice. He was then admitted to the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville where he earned his juris doctorate with honors in 2017.

Out of law school, Eggburn worked for one of the preeminent litigation defense firms in the state, Munson, Rowlett, Moore, & Boone, P.A. He learned the complex insurance defense litigation industry handling cases involving car wrecks, tractor-trailer accidents, and suspicious insurance claim investigations. Eggburn believes his knowledge and experience in defending issues and cases for insurance companies can only benefit his clients at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton as he knows their playbook and strategies.

While working on the defense side of things, Eggburn continually opposed Rainwater, Holt & Sexton attorneys in cases. He says their constant professionalism and stellar results made him interested in joining the firm upon his return to Arkansas. Eggburn believes in Rainwater, Holt & Sexton’s core values of Service, Ethics, and Excellence, and wants to be the best legal resource for his clients and the people of the GREAT state of Arkansas.

Eggburn spends his free time outside of work with his wife, Mary, and son Wesley. He is also a big Razorback fan and enjoys rooting on the hogs in all sports.
