I called the office yesterday and received excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable and answered questions regarding evictions. This office didn't make me feel like 'crap' and didn't rush me off the phone. I was very distressed when I called them, but after the phone conversation, I felt empowered and now I am educated about my tenant rights.

Great service!! When I first called them they were ready to help. They were able to answer question right away. Great communication!!! Most importantly they are very informative. I was really impressed in how Lina called time to see how I was feeling and always wanted to help. When your in a bind, you need all the support.

I would like to review my experience with CLLC. I was sick for about 9 months and could not work. Because of this, I got into a problem with my commercial shop and got behind on my rent. I had my shop for 23 years and ended up with a lot of equipment inside of it. My landlord was ready to evict me in 3 days. I tried calling Legal Aid, I left my phone number with a representative, but I never got a call back. I called around and got attorneys that only help with residential evictions. Finally, someone referred me to CLLC after hours of calling around, thank God. When I called CLLC I talked to Lina and she explained everything I need to do to get my problem under control. Five hours later I was in their office where I met Lina and the attorney Rex Phillips. Most people, including me are suspicious of lawyers. However, Rex is by far the best, nicest, hands on lawyer I have ever known. He called Richard Seide, the attorney for the landlord, he was able to remove me out of default, and was able to stop the eviction! Rex also negotiated a payment plan with the landlord's attorney, gave me 5 weeks of time to remove my equipments and tools from the shop. Without Mr. Phillips I could have lost everything! CLLC were able to take one of the worst times in my life and turn it around. I would refer CLLC to anyone who is having issues with evictions, and their landlord. Thank you, and Good Luck!

CLLC is Amazing. My siblings and I were at odds over a house left to us by our parents. Some wanted to sell it and others did not. No one could agree on a price. The attorneys at CLLC explained everything to us, all of our options including a lawsuit if needed. They negotiated with my siblings and came up with a deal that everyone could agree to. I don’t know where we would be without their help. Thank you all so much.

September Katje and her team did great on the case, always went above and beyond. They where able to settle out of court and get time for my boss to get a back up plan. They had constant contact and with us and walked him though every step of the way and always met the deadlines.

I received an eviction from my landlord and I did not respond in time. The landlord put a judgment against me, and no apartment complex would rent to me. I contacted Consumer Litigation Law Center they were able to resolve the matter in court by getting the judgment taken off my record.

CLLC and their experienced attorneys helped me at one of the worst times of my life. I was getting evicted from my home and I had no where to turn. They kept an eviction off of my record, got the case dismissed and even got me some money and time to get a new place. I am forever grateful for their help.

My experience with September is negative. September talks confidently but practices "Bait and Switch" and double bills, for her and her appearance lawyer, who in my case appeared without my authorisation, unprepared and had no clue about the underlying law on which the hearing was based. She doesn't practice what she advertises. I found September on "Court Buddy" website where she advertises herself and NOT her "Consumer Litigation Center". The web site on which she advertises offers "unbundled legal services at flat rates based on your budget". I hired "her" to help me with a technical issue, which she did not disclose she had no prior experience with. In time when she should have rejected the case due to lack of experience with the underlying matter and instead of taking care of the matter herself, she sent an unprepared appearance lawyer to Court on a very important matter for me, without seeking my consent. When Jeff appeared, he (i) did not know anything about the case and (ii) have refused to talk about the case or even read what I gave him, and was (iii) rude and disinterested. This is not what i agree to retain her to do or the service I expected. When I objected Jeff said don't talk to me talk to September. Not knowing that Jeff admitted to not knowing anything about the case or underlying legal issue that he had no experience with, September lied to me that "they both worked on the preparation", which was inconsistent with what Jef admitted. Despite that I cancelled the agreement, September refused to provide refund and she claimed she burned through $5,000 retainer in couple of day. Capriciously, and in retaliation for a dispute, she without notice required by law filed a meritless motion to prejudice me. She did not effectuate proper service of it and refused to communicate about what she did, knowing what she did was wrong. Beware.
