Joe B Angelo - Concord, CA

Overview

Mr. Angelo is a founding partner of Gale, Angelo, Johnson & Patrick P.C., and practices in the areas of bankruptcy and consumer litigation. In bankruptcy, he represents both consumer debtors and businesses in chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters. He also represents consumers in litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Rosenthal Act and has handled cases in those areas before both state and federal courts. He also has experience with appeals, having worked on cases before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to receiving his law degree from the Willamette University College of Law in 2009, he graduated from the University of California at Davis with a degree in history and political science. During law school, Mr. Angelo worked as a law clerk and gained experience with labor and employment law and criminal and insurance defense. He was also an associate editor for the Willamette Law Review.

In his spare time Joe likes to work on cars and play soccer.
