Kevin S. Miao is of counsel to the firm’s Real Estate, Finance and Corporate Practice Groups.
Mr. Miao’s real estate and finance practices involve the representation of real estate owners and developers in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of commercial properties with an emphasis on representing borrowers in connection with commercial acquisition, construction and refinance loans.
Mr. Miao’s corporate practice involves the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of business contracts and related transactions as well as entity formation and general business matters. Mr. Miao is well versed in the many issues and challenges faced by businesses and he frequently advises and counsels on short and long term strategic planning matters.
Mr. Miao earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2003. He earned his Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California in 2000 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1996.
