Kelly L. Thomas started her legal career with Mason ∙ Thomas even before she graduated from law school when she worked for the firm as a law clerk. Following her graduation from University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2008, she continued with the firm where she emphasizes the defense of clients involved in civil litigation. She had developed extensive experience in the asbestos litigation arena as the attorney primarily responsible for the defense of an agricultural equipment manufacturer.
Ms. Thomas has taken or participated in dozens of depositions of both lay and expert witnesses. She has served as “second chair” in several jury trials.
Ms. Thomas is an accomplished athlete, participating at the collegiate level in golf and equestrian events, and more recently in bicycle races. Because of her background and experience with horses and with farm equipment and practices, she has been sought out to represent parties to equine and agricultural equipment disputes.
