Sometimes the most important information can be overlooked or left unmentioned if you don't feel comfortable with your attorney. I will take the time to discuss and fully understand your goals and concerns before working with you to develop an effective plan. When we have the full picture, I will work to prepare a plan that is appropriate for you.
I believe that one of my duties as your attorney is education. As your attorney, I strive to explain your estate plan in a manner that enables you to understand it and that enables you to make intelligent decisions about it.
