Overview

The Los Angeles office of the law firm of Baron & Budd is dedicated to protecting the rights of asbestos and mesothelioma patients and the rights of people who have been harmed by negligence, especially financial fraud, deceptive advertising and other significant consumer issues.

Our firm's attorneys handle a number of significant financial and banking fraud issues, including mortgage and insurance fraud. Baron & Budd has represented plaintiffs in some of the most high-profile cases. Our attorneys filed one of the first lawsuits in the Takata Airbag Recall and represented plaintiffs in the Volkswagen Audi Emission Fraud Lawsuit. The firm previously served on the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in the bank overdraft litigation against numerous national banks, including Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase and others. The case resulted in a multimillion-dollar settlement on behalf of consumers and forced banks to change their overdraft fee policies.

Today, Baron & Budd’s attorneys continue to fight on behalf of consumers.
