Verified ClientHired Law firm 2019-2022I would recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney. They're very professional, keep you updated on your case and work diligently to get you the best possible outcome. Hopefully we won't need to do it, but if we ever find ourselves in the same situation we will be contacting them

Hired Law firm 2021-2022November 19,2021 I had my very first bad accident, were I personally felt like I almost died. I wasn’t thinking about getting a law firm. I was convinced by a few known people to get a lawyer. I was turned down twice before I was able to receive a settlement. For a moment I felt like my life was falling apart. I was super short in my Finances. I went into a depression had to take a lot of life changing decisions. Let me say the ENTIRE TIME I WAS WITH TRIUMP LAW FIRM AVINA MALDONADO AND KACEY WERE THERE AT ALL MOMENT. They took their time to explain every single step of the process. Avina came in hand when I would request any type of paperwork for work etc. I can say I would recommend this law firm 100/10 They go the extra mile for anything that needs to be done for both parties. If you read this comment please don’t hesitate in having a consultation with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hired Law firm 2021-2022If we lived in Disneyland, you wouldn’t need a lawyer. But we don’t and you do. I learned years ago when a tree fell on my house, that insurance companies are NOT your, “Good Neighbors” and you are NOT in, “Good Hands.” It cost me a fortune. Between exclusions, deductibles and a million fine print clauses, they paid me very little. They love you when you are faithfully sending in your payments year after year. But the moment you make a claim, you are adversaries. It is their business plan; it is their job to say no. They are massive corporations out to make money. Giving some to you is not part of the plan. Their goal is to pay you as little as they can legally get away with. It’s not personal; it’s business. They have lawyers; you need one. The best you can get is Triumph. The BEST. I’d never been in a car accident in my life. But when someone T-boned my beloved little car, I knew I needed help. Avina Molinado was absolutely fabulous! Both the car and I needed repairs. She arranged everything and was there for me every step of the way. I didn’t have to fight with the big guys. As if I would have had the energy. As if they would have cared. She took care of everything. Avina really listened. She patiently answered every one of my goofy questions. She kept me informed throughout the process. She contacted me after every appointment. I always felt cared for and never felt forgotten. She’s made me feel like I was their most important client, although I knew this wasn’t true. Thanks to Triumph, my car and I have been repaired and the insurance company was made to treat me fairly. Without Triumph I would have been one more lamb led to the slaughter. It’ their game and their rules. They are NOT on your side. You need somebody who is, and that’s Triumph.

Consulted Law firm 2021-2022This company I would recommend to anything, they are good, honest and fast. I worked with Avina Maldonado, she is very understanding, and clear, and explains everything well. She did not pressure me and allowed me to take time on my matter. Thank you, Avina for all the help you have provided.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
