When the disability company terminated my disability benefits, I contacted ERISA Law Center. I found them when I perused Lexus-Nexus and other databases from Orange County Law Library. Thank God such a library exists to raise awareness of legal matters. My case was a bit complex as my employer is a global company and different states were involved with company being headquartered in another state and my work history and ongoing disability involving 2 other states. I would not have my disability benefits if it were not for Robert Rosati at ERISA Law Center. When I initially filed my claim for disability benefits, I was denied.
