Today was a GREAT day in court thanks to Alain! I can't say enough about his knowledge, professionalism and compassion. Through a difficult almost 2 year process, he guided me to a successful outcome in court today. Alain was my personal injury/car accident attorney for a case that ended up with the insurance companies settling for an amount greater than what I had anticipated. I suffered for over a year dealing with the effects of an accident that at times I wasn't sure I was going to fully recover from. I was in pretty bad shape and in that type of situation while you're focusing on recovery, dealing with insurance companies is the last thing you want to think about. Fortunately for me, I met Alain shortly after my accident and he agreed to represent me. From then on to throughout the period of recovery he was communicating with the car insurance and health insurance companies to ensure my well-being was being put at the forefront. After what seemed like a super long journey, the case came to a settlement. He checked with me multiple times to see that I was fully recovered physically and asked for the go-ahead to settle the case. I cannot thank Alain enough for all that he did - he was sympathetic to my struggles during my days of recovery and he really did fight for every last dollar on my behalf. He was open and transparent throughout the entire process and I believe he is a lawyer of the highest integrity. I will recommend him every chance I get.

I don’t even know where to start. I found Mr.Kinaly on google, I had received some calls from an agent that I frankly had no idea how to answer.
