This firm helped me get out of my BMW that kept leaking oil. It took a long time, but they told me that from the beginning. Don’t use them. Just another greedy law firm who’s out to make money. Said they’d represent me (I already received an offer from Ford for making my truck a lemon) but needed 90 days to complete paperwork. While waiting they try to represent me on another car. After the 90 days the call me and say we’ve done nothing because we want to wait until the class action lawsuit is done because they want to get more money out of Ford. I don’t care about more money I just want what’s right and fair (I’m very old school and an honest guy). Aren’t they supposed to be representing me? Could you have called me instead of wasting 90 days doing nothing? They (Seth) did nothing but get defensive on the phone. Hazel was the person I started talking to and she was great...had me hook line and sinker. Bottom line...they’re going to do whatever they can to get a settlement for you so they can charge a ton of money for fees to the companies. Highly not recommended for honest people.
