Apart from her practice, Ms. DeVito also serves as judge pro tem for the county of Contra Costa. Ms. DeVito is a graduate of Princeton University and earned her law degree from the University of San Francisco, where she taught legal research and writing for a number of years.
Ms. DeVito is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Consumer Attorneys of California.
