Going through a high conflict divorce and custody case is one of the most difficult things someone can experience. The thing that can make the situation better is a good attorney who will be honest with you about your case and the best way to move forward even when that way forward may mean less money for him while representing you. I have been able to see Rory’s expertise in writing briefs, mediation (he’s wonderful), during hearings and at trial. He knows the law and often found things other attorneys missed. He will work hard for you. I put my trust in him about the most important thing to me, my child, and I am so thankful I did. His staff and the other attorneys at the practice are wonderful. His staff are kind and compassionate as is Rory. I will add that I interviewed multiple attorneys, did extensive research and contacted many friends before retaining Rory and his firm. I cannot say enough good things about him and his firm. One of the things I most appreciated about Rory, and again speaks to his integrity, is how he treats other attorneys, the judge and others involved with the case. He focuses on the facts, the evidence and the law. He doesn’t need to be confrontational to people because he is smart and prepared and that speaks for itself.
