Over the years, Brendan negotiated multiple favorable settlements, and obtained several defense verdicts and "take nothings" at Trial.

At BURNS LAW GROUP, APC, Brendan now utilizes his legal skills and injury law expertise to advocate for his personal injury and workers compensation clients. Having represented several insurance companies, he understands the various strategies and tactics insurance companies try to employ and is able to use this information against the. this unique skill has allowed Brendan to successfully secure multiple high dollar settlements and dispositions for his clients.
