Brendan Burns is the Founder and Principal of BURNS LAW GROUP, APC, a California law firm focused on representing plaintiffs in personal injury claims, and injured employees in the workers' compensation system.
Prior to forming BURNS LAW GROUP, APC, Brendan Spent several years working for a highly reputable Orange County legal defense firm. In this role, Brendan successfully defended insurance companies through utilization of aggressive litigation strategies and tactics. Over the years, Brendan negotiated multiple favorable settlements, and obtained several defense verdicts and "take nothings" at Trial.
At BURNS LAW GROUP, APC, Brendan now utilizes his legal skills and injury law expertise to advocate for his personal injury and workers compensation clients. Having represented several insurance companies, he understands the various strategies and tactics insurance companies try to employ and is able to use this information against the. this unique skill has allowed Brendan to successfully secure multiple high dollar settlements and dispositions for his clients.
By launching BURNS LAW GROUP, APC, Brendan is able to help his clients secure the necessary compensation they deserve for personal injuries, stemming from automobile accidents, and trip and falls, as well as for employees who sustain a work-related injury.
When he is not working, Brendan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Haasty Burns, who is also an accomplished attorney at a prominent Orange County law firm, and his beautiful, young daughter, Sadie Burns. Like other Southern California residents, they enjoy many outdoor family activities, including walk on the beach, hiking, and playing tennis together on the weekends.
