Overview
Samantha graduated with honors from Western State College of Law, having been involved in Law Review and serving as its Editor in Chief. In her final year at Western State, Samantha externed at the California Court of Appeals (4th District) in Santa Ana. She also participated in a study abroad program, where she studied international and European law in Madrid, Spain.
Prior to obtaining her law degree she graduated from Utah Valley University with a focus in Marketing and Business. Having worked in bankruptcy law as a paralegal, she was continuously motivated to provide support to others in very stressful and delicate cases.
Samantha has experience navigating through divorce including custody, support, domestic violence restraining orders, and property division. She is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, and Utah. She's proud to be involved in the community she represents and is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), Riverside County Bar Association (RCBA), and the Leo Deegan Inns of Court.
Samantha is very proactive, staying in consistent communication with her clients. Clients have often said they feel completely supported in their time of need. She takes the time to discuss every option, weighing the pros and cons of the case, and providing supportive yet direct solutions to achieve their objectives.
In her spare time, Samantha is an avid reader of novels, loves world travel, and volunteers for Guide Dogs of America.
