Overview
After earning his bachelor’s degree from Pacific University in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Ventura College of Law in 1979, Mr. Howard began his solo practice in 1979. After 36 years in solo practice, Mr. Howard joined the Lowthorp Richards LLP firm as Of Counsel in 2014. Mr. Howard is currently in his 45th year practicing law and has been recognized throughout his career for his excellence and ethics as an accomplished trial lawyer. He has obtained over 20 verdicts and judgments for a million dollars or more than other Ventura County attorneys and is still as enthusiastic about representing clients who have legitimate claims as he was when he began his law practice.
Although Mr. Howard has committed himself to the practice of law, he also takes pride in serving the community. He is a veteran who served in the United States Navy Reserve for over a decade and contributes a significant amount of his time toward community-oriented services.
