Mr. Garcia has been a featured speaker, inviting the public to listen to him speak at the City of Fontana “Fix Marriage Problems & Avoid Bankruptcy” at two Community Assistance Program Classes; in Palm Desert for distinguished guests on the subject of “Nullity of the Marriage” and “Minor’s Counsel: New Changes in the Law.” Mr. Garcia has exceeded the minimum requirements for Continuing Education credits. He has been a Judge Pro Tem for over 18 years hearing contested cases involving custody, visitation, support, attorney’s fees, domestic violence, paternity, characterization of property and debt, and more.
