Caring for a child with special needs can be overwhelming. Many resources exist to support your child in school. But obtaining these supports is often a complicated and daunting task that can frustrate even well-informed parents. We are here to help.

During attorney Molly Watson's years as an educator, she witnessed firsthand the struggles children with disabilities and their families endure as they attempt to enforce their rights. In 2008, these experiences motivated her to open her law firm, which is dedicated to helping families navigate the complex system of laws and regulations in order to secure appropriate educational supports for children with special needs.

With this goal in mind, our law firm represents families in legal disputes before the Special Education Division of the Office of Administrative Hearings, which is the California court that hears special education cases. We also are available to represent qualifying clients with disabilities in civil rights discrimination and retaliation matters related to their public education.
