Marisa Sarti joined the firm in 2023. Ms. Sarti has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sarti worked for local medical malpractice defense firms and the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where she obtained several favorable jury verdicts. Ms. Sarti obtained her J.D. from California Western School of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, she has received numerous awards, including a Distinguished Advocate Award and Academic Excellence Awards. Ms. Sarti was on the Dean’s List all three years of law school.
