Nate Kelly founded the Law Offices of Nate Kelly in 2010 after starting his career at Kaye Scholer, an international law firm, as a corporate finance associate. He was 27 years old when he launched his own practice — and the Los Angeles Daily Journal put him on the front cover.
Since then, he has built one of California’s most recognized litigation practices, with offices in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, and Laguna Beach. He represents companies, founders, shareholders, and boards in the disputes that define the trajectory of a business: partnership blowups, governance failures, trade secret theft, fraud, and every variety of bet-the-company fight.
He has resolved over $200 million in disputes in the last decade.
