I contacted Julia Wobbe a couple of years ago when I began receiving notices about showing my residence and unconventional practices being asked by the property owner. Julia gave me excellent advice and there was no movement on the property. Fast forward nearly two years and she immediately pulled up our prior conversation and, again, gave me excellent advice. Ms. Wobbe came highly recommended from an acquaintance and I am so grateful to have her consultative advice. Should I have to engage in legal representation, I will be hiring Julia.
