Over the years, Austin has handled a wide range of cases including motor vehicle and bicycle accidents, defective products, premises liability, dangerous roadways and conditions, elder abuse and neglect, and more. These matters often involve catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, and wrongful death. Prior to joining The Brandi Law Firm, Austin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law where he excelled in Moot Court and Trial Practice under Professor Thomas Brandi. A native of Wisconsin, Austin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During his undergraduate years, he gained early experience as a paralegal at the University Legal Clinic and multiple personal injury law firms.

When not in the courtroom, Austin enjoys running, hiking Bay Area trails, and spending time with his wife and dog, Winston.
