Denise A. Dickey is a Los Angeles–based litigation attorney with decades of broad experience, including litigation, negotiation, arbitration, and mediation. She has also handled several appellate matters over the years. Denise has worked on high-value, complex disputes across personal injury and general civil litigation, municipal and police liability, insurance defense, contract and business litigation, insurance fraud, civil and constitutional rights, professional liability, premises liability, transportation (auto and trucking), real estate, product liability, defamation/slander, construction, subrogation, and employment.

Known for clear communication, a commanding courtroom presence, and practical, results-oriented strategy, she has achieved numerous client wins, including a precedent-setting appellate decision and more than thirty-five successful motions for summary judgment.

Her career includes leadership and trial-team roles at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani and Murchison & Cumming, as well as litigation practice at Pachowicz/Goldenring and The Morse Law Group. She also founded and managed the Law & Mediation Office of Denise A. Dickey, obtaining strong pre-litigation resolutions for clients. Earlier in her career, she served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Denise is deeply experienced in alternative dispute resolution and has served as a Mediator for Ventura County Superior Court, an Arbitrator for Ventura and Santa Barbara County Superior Courts, and as a Judge Pro Tem for Small Claims in Santa Barbara County.
