Erin Singer is an experienced litigator based in Southern California, focusing her practice on complex litigation matters, including real estate, construction, title insurance, and related commercial disputes.
Ms. Singer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2024, where she graduated with a concentration in Business and Corporate Law and received the Dean’s Honor Scholarship. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable M. Margaret McKeown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and was an Executive Editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Ms. Singer earned both her Master of Business Administration in Finance and her bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Division 1 women’s volleyball team. Her business background gives her a practical perspective on commercial disputes and client service.
Ms. Singer is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the Superior Courts of California. She is active in the Federal Bar Association and the New Lawyers Chapter of the San Diego Bar Association.
