Mr. Stewart received his B.S. in finance from Villanova University in 2001, and his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 2008. While at the University of San Francisco, Mr. Stewart was a member of law review, a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society (2005-2006), and participated in a student clinic assisting individual investors through the securities arbitration process. Mr. Stewart spent his second-year summer as an intern in the appellate section of the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
Prior to joining Selman Breitman, Mr. Stewart represented employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
