Rosanna Mannan is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Gallagher Huie + Blum. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, civil litigation, and corporate matters, representing insurers, businesses, and individuals from case inception through trial.
Prior to joining GH+B, Rosanna practiced at several California law firms, where she handled all phases of civil litigation on both the defense and plaintiff sides. She also provided transactional and corporate legal services, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, and NDAs, and advising on corporate transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, stock purchases, and venture capital financings.
Before entering private practice, Rosanna served as an Open-Source Software Manager at IBM Almaden Research Center, where she reviewed proprietary source code for open-source license compliance and was named as an inventor on ten patents.
Rosanna earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy from San Jose State University. She is admitted to practice in California.
