Overview
Victoria M. Griffin is an experienced litigator with a robust background in civil defense and criminal prosecution. As a civil defense attorney her experience has included defending individuals, businesses, and insurers in a wide range of matters including premises liability, construction defect, and habitability claims. Before transitioning to civil defense, Ms. Griffin served as a Deputy District Attorney. In that role, she handled a variety of criminal matters at both misdemeanor and felony levels, gaining valuable courtroom experience through motion hearings, witness examinations, and jury trials. Ms. Griffin is well-versed in preparing cases for trial, which involves meticulous review and coordination of discovery with defense teams, communicating with victims, witnesses and experts, and negotiating offers and settlement dispositions.
Ms. Griffin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2020, following her Master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012 and her Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010.
