Justin is the Founding Partner and lead attorney at our firm. With over 15 years of experience in immigration law, Justin has represented clients in nearly all immigration case types.
Justin leads our family-based immigration team in securing family reunification outcomes, navigating the complexities of the immigration process with compassion and expertise. He leverages his extensive experience to ensure that families are expertly advised on the most appropriate pathways for their circumstances, including spousal, fiancé(e), and relative petitions. Justin's leadership ensures that each case is handled with the utmost attention to detail and sensitivity, recognizing the personal significance behind each family's journey towards residency in the United States.
In addition to his work with family-based immigration, Justin plays a pivotal role in overseeing the naturalization cases for our clients, guiding them through the citizenship process. His comprehensive approach ensures clients are well-prepared for all aspects of naturalization, from application submission to the final oath ceremony, embodying our firm's commitment to supporting clients in achieving their American dream.
Justin also personally supervises all nonimmigrant and immigrant visa case types that our firm handles, encompassing H-1B specialty occupations, O-1 individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement, EB-1 extraordinary ability, EB-2 professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, TN NAFTA Professionals, and more. Building on this broad expertise, he specializes in assisting start-ups and businesses navigate their immigration challenges, with a particular focus on E-2 Treaty Investor and L1A Intracompany Transferee Executive or Manager visas.
