Since 1984 I have specialized in representing plaintiffs in civil litigation in both state and federal courts all over the State of California . I have also represented clients in association with local counsel in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Washington. Consultations are always free and without obligation, and most cases I accept are handled on a contingent fee basis (ie.,there is no fee unless there is a successful outcome to your case).
