Educationally, Mr. Chang is a Juris Doctor graduate from Concord Law School, recognized for his distinguished scholarship and oral advocacy skills. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California at Davis and a master's degree in criminal justice from Boston University. Mr. Chang is admitted to practice in all California state courts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, accredited by the California Supreme Court.
