David Reignier is a California business and estate planning attorney at Reynolds Law LLP, representing business owners, entrepreneurs, and families throughout the Bay Area in business law and estate planning matters. Born and raised in Vallejo, California, David brings a strong local connection and a practical understanding of the legal needs facing closely held businesses and individuals.

David advises clients on business formation, entity governance, corporate compliance, real property agreements, and estate planning-related issues. He works with clients at all stages of business growth, providing legal guidance designed to support long-term planning and risk management.

Before joining Reynolds Law LLP, David practiced with a boutique estate planning firm in Napa, California, where he handled business and estate planning matters.

David earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is admitted to the State Bar of California. During law school, he served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel J. Healy of the Solano County Superior Court, gaining courtroom experience and exposure to trial proceedings and judicial analysis.

In addition to his legal practice, David has served since 2009 as Chief Executive Officer of the D’Lonier Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing public education. His leadership has resulted in international educational initiatives, scholarship funding, and the establishment of a university endowment supporting study-abroad programs.

David is actively involved in community service and mentorship, including service with the Jesse Bethel High School Law Academy in Vallejo, CA, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the Rotary Club of Benicia, CA.
