Overview
Jennifer Robinson, is a 1994 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. For over 20 years she has practiced in various areas of employment law. Her practice area now includes employment law as well as all areas of Title IX claims against educational institutions. She founded the firm in 2000 to be able to focus exclusively on representing plaintiffs who were the victims of workplace discrimination or harassment. Since the firm's inception she has litigated cases in state and federal courts against some the largest companies in the country. Ms. Robinson's passion for civil rights began early in life. She grew up in the segregated south and experienced first-hand how discriminatory practices impacted minorities and other disadvantaged classes. Ms. Robinson takes a personal interest in each and every client. She cares deeply and will spend the time to understand the client's motivation and expectations in pursuing litigation. She will listen to her clients and make every attempt to ensure them that she is doing everything possible to resolve their issues.
