I hired Igor and Miriam to represent me in a IEP dispute that was in violation of my parental rights within the IEP procedures and policies. These attorney's didn't do anything for my son however the balance in my retainer was used on not sure what as they never worked on my case. It would be months before I heard anything from them. My case went to mediation in which I was left to fend for myself as Miriam seemed tired of the case. When it came time for the mediation Miriam didn't contact me until 4:00 pm the day before the mediation. At no point did they advise me on what to expect at mediation. At mediation, we came to agreement however this agreement changed once I received the IEP in question and didn't agree with the information within it. Instead of helping they closed my case. Communication with these attorneys is poor at best. Emails go days without a response. They only respond to you when they need something from you. If you are wanting to use them for an IEP dispute, you are better off doing it yourself. The lack of assistance is ridiculous.
