Overview
Juliana’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, land use, entitlements, development, construction, title and survey analysis, leasing, property management, and financing. Juliana is also experienced in the creation of planned developments and common interest communities for commercial and residential development projects, including preparation restrictive covenants, organizing condominium and homeowner associations, and assisting clients with condominium maps, subdivision plats, and ground leases.
When she is not practicing law, you will find Juliana singing with the Boulder-based women’s choir, Resonance, playing softball with the Boulder County Bar Association, gardening, or playing her ukulele. Juliana is an avid supporter of local women’s sports teams including the University of Denver gymnastics team and the University of Colorado soccer team.
