Failure to communicate procedure & deadlines; avoided filing motion to dismiss based on jurisdiction despite us not living in CO for 3 months; repeatedly forgot pertinent timeline facts; fraudulent billing; forgot waiver of service; agreed to discovery being propounded on me w/o my knowledge, yet didn't even inform me that petitioner could also be given discovery; moving forward w/ SFS & disclosures w/ OC w/o informing me & prior to jurisdiction being established.
