Overview
For over a decade, Craig has helped exploration and production companies navigate the complex legal and factual issues affecting the mineral rights and other real property interests where drilling occurs. He has drafted many different title opinions and conducted due diligence for federal and fee lands in Colorado and Wyoming.
More recently, Craig has helped clients understand air quality and environmental regulations. He recently represented a trade association before Colorado's Air Quality Control Commission and helped defeat a proposed regulation that would have imposed additional, burdensome regulations on Colorado's large employers. Craig has also researched and analyzed state and federal regulatory requirements governing air emissions from stationary engines and natural gas pipelines, as well as state criteria for requiring air permit applicants to model the ambient air quality impacts of proposed sources of emissions.
After graduating from California Western School of Law in 2009, Craig moved back home to begin his oil and gas law practice. Craig enjoys everything that Colorado has to offer, and he frequently takes his family on adventures throughout the state.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
