Attorney Information
Overview
Nick Santarelli is a bankruptcy attorney with over a decade of experience across the full spectrum of consumer bankruptcy practice in Colorado. Prior to joining Robinson and Henry, Nick spent 5 years representing creditors in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters, gaining familiarity with lender priorities and processes. Following this, Nick joined the Chapter 13 Trustee’s office as a staff attorney for nearly 6 years, where he reviewed and managed high-volume caseloads, hearings, and trials. Nick has also argued before the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
Nick’s combination of creditor-side and trustee-side experience gives him a rare vantage point: he knows what creditors will scrutinize and what a trustee needs to see to confirm a plan quickly. This perspective translates directly into more efficient, better-drafted Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings, fewer objections, and stronger advocacy for individuals navigating financial hardship.
Nick is committed to guiding debtors through the bankruptcy process with clarity and compassion, and helping them to achieve a fresh financial start.
