Attorney Andrew Smith is by far one of the best attorneys on the western slope. He is one of the most professional, most prepared, and he is a very professional lawyer when he goes to court to defend his client in dissolotion of marriage. Attorney Smith is very intelligent and does his back ground work before putting the defendant, his lawyer, and the defendants occupational lawyer, and a private investigator to put on the stand to testifys because the defendant was trying to claim that the mother was an unfit mother and by talking away their son. Mr. Shaffer thought that would be the best interest of their 12 yr old son knowing all along their son who be devastated without his mother since his mother says a prayer with their son every night and lays with him praying. The client did this with both of their children. Their children loved their mom to say a prayer and if she feel asleep, her kids loved that more. The best interest to their 12 yr old son is the be with mother and father.i would NOT recommend Mcastello as a parenting I would highly recommend Attorney Andrew Smith!
