I needed legal help to probate my sister’s will and settle a property ownership dispute she had not been able to resolve for several years. As I lived in another state, I required representation that was competent, assertive and reliable. Fortunately, I found the perfect team in Kirsten Myers and her assistant, Christine Dong, of Peason & Paris, P.C. The legal issues involved in the property dispute were complex and the opposing party contentious. Nonetheless, Kirsten provided the expertise needed to resolve all issues and negotiate a settlement that was fair to all parties. If you need a lawyer, I highly recommend Kirsten Myers.

Kirsten was an excellent attorney. She took my case on in the middle of it and worked hard to review what had been happening. She responded to any questions or suggestions that I had very rapidly. I would use her again if an issue arose.

Ms. Myers did not represent me, but did help me work through some legal issues that I was facing. She is a family friend and used her knowledge and resources to provide me with the best assistance she could. While she and her firm does not practice in the area of employment law, the help rendered by her was very complete and useful. Without her help, I doubt my case would have had a positive outcome. Ms. Myers went above and beyond to help me find the appropriate legal standards I may be facing at my unemployment hearing, applicable case law, and a general overview of what to expect at the hearing. With her help and guidance, I was able to feel confident as I called in for my hearing. She is detailed oriented, and really prepared me for what I would be facing including good and bad outcomes. I want to thank her for her help.

Kirsten is highly competent, professional, compassionate, realistic, extremely thorough, and personable. She walked me through my process step by step and was always available to explain those things I didn't understand. She presented all of my options and helped me assess what would work best for me. If I require representation in the future she will be who I choose. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an attorney who over delivers and has a kind heart.
