Nicole J. Schaum joined Hernandez and Associates PC in July 2023. She graduated from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, in May 2021. While attending law school, Nicole worked for organizations such as the ACLU, HRC, Equal Justice Works and other locale nonprofits. After graduating law school, Nicole became the survivors attorney for Arkansas Immigrant Defense, a nonprofit law firm in Rogers, Arkansas. She was the lead attorney for the nonprofit handling U visa, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Defensive Asylum, and Affirmative Asylum cases.
