Stacy Marczak-Grande - Steamboat Springs, CO

Stacy Marczak-Grande has spent the past 17 years dedicated to defending people charged with serious crimes. Stacy was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.Stacy graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. With a love for the “U” and her sights set on the legal profession, Stacy attended the University of Miami College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2007.

Upon graduating from law school in 2007, Stacy was hired as an Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where she represented indigent clients charged with a variety of crimes in all stages of the proceedings from arraignment through jury trial. As an assistant public defender, Stacy represented thousands of clients in all types of criminal matters, ranging from minor offenses to crimes of violence, including first degree and capital murder. During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Stacy became one of two Major Crimes Attorneys, specializing in complex high profile Homicide litigation.

In 2020, Stacy joined Grande Law as a partner where she continues to focus on criminal defense representation and litigation. Stacy is passionate about defending the rights of her clients. Throughout her career, Stacy has achieved numerous dismissals, ‘not guilty' verdicts, and advantageous negotiated outcomes. At the commencement of each case, her primary focus is on determining a path to dismissal. Where that is possible, she works tenaciously to that end. Where that may not be possible, her goal remains to secure the best outcome for her clients.

Stacy is admitted to practice in all Colorado, Illinois and Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
