Since 1979, Ford & Paulekas, LLP, has supported the needs of businesses and financial institutions on a regional and national basis. Serving clients in a wide array of industries, the firm creates legal strategies that address current concerns and lay the groundwork for future success. This representation has included counseling to align businesses’ operations with necessary regulations and to prevent potential disputes and representing clients in negotiation or litigation. In addition, the Firm has been instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of national lending programs for small business and community association loans on behalf of multiple financial institutions.
