Stamford Family Law / Divorce Law Firm
Overview
As the attorney behind Pyetranker, P.C., I am dedicated to helping families in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Whether you need a prenuptial agreement to start things off on the right foot, have a highly contested custody case ahead or need to consider your appellate rights, I am here to help. My goal is to help families find amicable solutions and settle outside of court, but when this is not a reasonable alternative, I will fight for the best result inside the courtroom.
My Family Law Practice Areas
I handle a wide range of family law cases. Most of these fall into the following areas:
- Divorce: The ideal divorce goes to court uncontested, but it is also important for you to know your rights and seek fair terms in court if necessary.
- Child custody: Whether it is highly contested or you just want a formal agreement in writing, I am here to help.
- Child support: I can help you determine a fair child support amount and pursue enforcement if your ex fails to pay. If you are the payor, I can assist in modification efforts.
- Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements: It is never too late to plan ahead for a potential split in the marriage.
