I have recently dealt with Mr. Feichthaler and Mr Sanchez. I first met Mr. Feichthaler in 2019 when he prepared necessary documents for me and my husband. Mr. Sanchez handled documents for me and his staff is very efficient and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about the both of them. They are friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling the paperwork involved in processing many documents. I would highly recommend both of these Attorneys.

Mr. Sanchez was wonderful. Sara took care of keeping us all informed each step of getting my Father's will probate. I live in Pennsylvania and my Father lived in Cape Coral. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you everyone!!!

I have been a client for 10 years working with Eric Feichthaler, Esq. Recently I needed updating of information on my Will/Trust but due to the present Coronavirus concerns, I didn’t want to have to go into the office for a closed door meeting/signing. I asked if we could have the signing done in the reception area rather than in a closed door meeting room. My lawyer, Eric Feichthaler, knew of my concerns during this precautionary time of dealing with the Coronavirus. My lawyer, Eric Feichthaler, came up with a novel, but very appropriate, idea on how to sign the necessary documents “without” even having to enter their law firm. I was asked if I would like (Mr. Feichthaler’s brilliant idea) car hop service. He explained that if I were more comfortable staying outside and in my car, he would come outside to my car and I could sign all required documents while sitting in my car. Mr. Feichthaler explained that he would hand me all the papers to sign while I sat in my car and he stood outside. He also had two firm members with him when he came to meet me in my car. The firm associates were there as witnesses to my signing/signature. I was even offered a new, never used pen, but I had brought my own, thank you. Although this type of novel document signing could not be done in all situations, Mr. Feichthaler considered my age, and the concerns about the Coronavirus and then came up with a novel and unique way to accommodate me at a time when a new and novel way of handling business was necessary. I was glad that I was able to get my documents signed and notarized without any concern about the possibility of having been exposed to the Coronavirus. Would I recommend this firm, of course, where else could anyone find not only great lawyers and staff but a genuine concern about the clients they work for. After my documents were signed and I was ready to leave, Mr. Feichthaler thanked me! For accepting his novel idea for my benefit! He also said that seeing as all went so well, now he would offer this type signing for others who might not want to go inside to an office seating due to these extenuating circumstances caused by fear of the Coronavirus.
