Prior to joining the firm, Danya interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida while acquiring her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. During her study at Stetson Law, she was also a member of its' Trial Team, which has been ranked first nationally for the past 21 years.

Prior to enrolling in law school, Danya honed and fine-tuned these qualities from her experience running and managing a successful sales and marketing company for many years. She also earned her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida.
