Jeremy A. Kespohl - Jacksonville, FL

Overview

Jeremy Kespohl, a native of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, has been practicing since 2007. Prior to coming to Morgan & Morgan, he spent more than nine years defending some of the largest corporations in the world in breach of warranty cases. He now uses that experience to represent consumers in these actions.

Mr. Kespohl graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2006. He also graduated from Fletcher Senior High School in 1995, received a Bachelors of Arts from the University of North Florida in Communications, and holds a Masters Degree in Sport Administration from Florida State University. He also performed internships with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Oakland Raiders prior to attending law school.

While at the University of North Florida he served as an attorney on four mock trial teams and was named team captain three times. All four teams he competed on qualified for National Competition. In 1996 the University of North Florida was named best new team in the country and won the Spirit of the Mock Trial Association at both the Regional and National Level in 2000 and 2001. Finally, he served as the University of North Florida's Mock Trial Coach, as well as teaching as an adjunct professor, from 2008- 2013. Mr. Kespohl is currently a board member for the University's Pre-Law program.
